Our Covid Policy
Please use the hand sanitiser and practice social distancing from people who are not in your family.

Face masks are no longer required, but please continue wearing them if you feel you are at risk.

If you have any respiratory symptoms (such as sore throat, runny nose, cough, loss of taste, loss of smell, fever, new onset shortness of breath) please bring a mask and wait in the car prior to your appointment. Call reception and they will let the doctor know you are here.

Please organise a RAT prior to your appointment. The doctor will call and decide whether to continue the appointment over the phone, in the carpark, or in the practice. If you are brought into the practice, please wear your face mask.

If you test positive for Covid, please stay at home and call the Public Health Hotline on 1800 671 738 or go to coronavirus.tas.gov.au for more information.

Covid antivirals- if over the age of 70, or if you are immune compromised and believe you may be eligible for antiviral treatment, call reception when you register a positive RAT to organise an urgent telephone appointment with one of our doctors.
