TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS are charged as per our standard fee schedule (require the same amount of the doctors time as for a face-to-face consultation).

Please note that the government has withdrawn the Medicare rebate for longer telehealth consultations, so you may have a larger out of pocket fee if the consultation exceeds 20 minutes. There is no rebate available under Medicare if you have not been seen face-to-face in the previous 12 months.
Full payment for your consultation will be requested at the end of your appointment.

Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessment appointments
Childhood immunisations appointments

Patients who require Procedures, Biopsies, Infusions or Dressings, all attract an out of pocket fee in addition to their consultation fee.
